Architecture, planning permission procedures and security concepts tailored to each family’s requirements, including Lex Koller, zoning regulations and Swiss building law.
Construction
Project management, programme coordination, quality assurance and cost control, with one responsible point of contact throughout the entire construction process.
Managed Estate
Long-term operation after handover including security, property management, technical maintenance, housekeeping, staff management and concierge services, complemented by external high-security storage solutions for art, wine, vehicles and other valuable assets.
For International Families
Provencon enables international families and UHNW individuals relocating to Switzerland to create their private residence, from access to land through design and construction to long-term estate management. Where required, residency, tax and legal matters can be coordinated through specialist partners.
