Christoph Ulrich
Founder
Driven by a deep connection to his home region, Christoph founded Provencon Real Estate AG to develop ultra-prime residences for UHNWIs in Switzerland's most exclusive locations.
He recognised early that Alpine property was shifting from seasonal luxury to year-round living, with 73% of HNWIs now considering full-time Alpine residency. Switzerland leads this trend through political stability, strong regulation, and the scarcity of prime land.
Provencon manages the entire process, from discreet off-market sourcing and design to development and construction. Each residence is created for one family, with privacy, quality, and long-term value at its core.
